03 · TEACHINGS BEFORE TOOLS

What aliens have taught me.

Start with six principles. Each teaching shows what it means, which contact it came from, and how to apply it in your own life.

CORE TEACHINGS

The teaching comes before the tool

Every teaching follows the same order: explanation, documented contact, self-observation, and one practical action.

01

WAKE UP

Notice when an old belief makes decisions for you.

WHAT IT MEANS
Pause at an automatic thought before making a decision based on it.
HOW IT APPEARED IN CONTACT
During the first documented contact, the Small Grey said two words: ‘Wake up.’
HOW TO NOTICE IT IN YOURSELF
Are you responding to the present situation or to an assumption shaped by an earlier experience?
PRACTICAL ACTION
Pause at one automatic reaction and write down the belief that triggered it.
02

LOVE YOURSELF MORE

Do not abandon your body, feelings, truth, or boundaries.

WHAT IT MEANS
Self-love means not leaving yourself out of your attention, care, or decisions.
HOW IT APPEARED IN CONTACT
Lyra, the Tall White, and the Mantis directed attention toward inner light and embodied love.
HOW TO NOTICE IT IN YOURSELF
Are you saying yes to a situation while your body or inner sense says no?
PRACTICAL ACTION
Make one choice today that respects your body, feelings, or boundaries.
03

LISTEN TO YOURSELF

A teacher can show the direction, but the decision remains yours.

WHAT IT MEANS
Receive the information, but retain decision-making authority over your life, body, and boundaries.
HOW IT APPEARED IN CONTACT
Contact with the Tall White and Seraphim placed the person's own inner authority at the center.
HOW TO NOTICE IT IN YOURSELF
Are you waiting only for an outside answer, or do you also notice what you already know?
PRACTICAL ACTION
Before following the next piece of advice, ask whether it fits your actual situation.
04

ONE STEP AT A TIME

Knowledge becomes valuable only when you put it into practice.

WHAT IT MEANS
Do not pile new ideas onto existing knowledge before taking one real step.
HOW IT APPEARED IN CONTACT
The Mantis connected receiving the next piece of information with whether earlier knowledge had already been applied.
HOW TO NOTICE IT IN YOURSELF
Are you looking for another explanation when the first practical step is already clear?
PRACTICAL ACTION
Choose one teaching you have already received and give it an action taking less than ten minutes today.
05

SEPARATE SIGNAL FROM INTERPRETATION

What you experienced and what you think it means are not the same thing.

WHAT IT MEANS
Keep the observed event, bodily sensation, and later explanation separate.
HOW IT APPEARED IN CONTACT
Contact with the Small Grey required separating the observed form, the message received, and later conclusions.
HOW TO NOTICE IT IN YOURSELF
Are you calling an assumption a fact before describing what you actually experienced?
PRACTICAL ACTION
Write separately what you saw, what you felt, and what you concluded.
06

KEEP THE BODY CLEAR

Sleep, food, light, and stress influence how clearly you perceive.

WHAT IT MEANS
Your physical state influences attention and how easily you distinguish an experience from your own reaction.
HOW IT APPEARED IN CONTACT
Contact with the White Mantis and the Yahyel medic highlighted health, recovery, and clearer receptivity.
HOW TO NOTICE IT IN YOURSELF
Are fatigue, hunger, tension, or poor sleep changing how you interpret the situation?
PRACTICAL ACTION
Choose one observable improvement for today: sleep, water, regular food, or less strain.
01

The ego is a translation layer

The ego compares a new signal with existing definitions, memories, and safety rules. The problem begins when the old filter presents its own interpretation as the only possible reality.

02

A limiting belief protects itself

The cycle is: limiting belief → protective trick → selective interpretation → ‘See, I told you’ → the belief strengthens. This cycle must be noticed before choosing a new definition.

03

A thought packet is not a single sentence

The same packet can carry context, beliefs, memories, emotion, a symbol, timing, and a history of use. The brain orders simultaneous information into a human narrative.

04

Translation loss fills the gaps

When part of the packet does not open, the ego fills the gap with an old memory, a cultural rule, or a threat interpretation. This is why fact, feeling, assumption, and memory reaction are kept separate.

05

“Secrets do not exist” needs a boundary

This does not mean that the ego knows everything. According to the model, active intention, the root belief, and the packet's structure may be readable in the wider field even though the conscious ego cannot yet open them.

06

Knowledge ends in action

A new definition is not integrated until it changes one visible choice. Each analysis ends with a small behavioral experiment.

WORKING DEFINITION OF SELF-LOVE

Self-love means not abandoning yourself.

This is not self-admiration, a constant good feeling, or avoidance of discomfort. In this teaching system, self-love means that a person's attention, truth, boundaries, care, authority, and actions do not work against them.

Love yourself more = do not abandon your body, feelings, truth, or responsibility to obtain validation, teaching, or contact.

Lyra · love must reach the body and the choice
01

Attention

I notice my body, my feelings, and my actual needs before adapting automatically.

Can I still hear myself when someone else wants something different from me?
02

Truth

I do not use a spiritual narrative to hide my fatigue, fear, anger, or unfinished responsibilities.

Do my words, body, and actions describe the same situation?
03

Boundary

I can say yes, no, or not yet without deriving my worth from another's reaction.

Can I withdraw from or stop the contact without guilt?
04

Care

I give my body, nervous system, and attention the support they need to recover.

Does my daily rhythm increase or exhaust my capacity to receive?
05

Authority

A teacher may reflect, but the decision and its consequence remain mine.

Am I giving a being, teacher, or system the right to decide on my behalf?
06

Embodiment

Love becomes visible as one choice, one completed action, or one consistent habit.

Which action today proves that I am not abandoning myself?

narcissism, waiting for a savior, warmth without boundaries, constant comfort, or the claim ‘I am already ready.’

the ability to remain true to oneself in the face of fear, pressure, a field of love, and unknown intelligence.

The Tall White shows a person a reassuring human-shaped visual translation
“See us as beings like yourself” · mimicry as the visual interface of contact

MIMICRY · PERCEPTUAL TRANSLATION

The first image is not always the being's original physical form.

In the Alien Teachings contact model, a being may use a person's own internal image-generation mechanism together with ego beliefs, memories, and familiar forms. In this way, an unknown presence is translated into a calmer form that the nervous system can receive at first.

“See us as beings like yourself” does not mean that a being must be human. It means: first allow contact to reach you in a form you can observe without fear.
01

Original presence

Contact may arrive as intention, an emotional field, and presence before a person sees a clear form.

02

Third-eye image

The inner perceptual mechanism called the third eye in the project shapes nonlinear input into an image that consciousness can receive.

03

Ego context filter

Beliefs, memories, and fear choose a familiar comparison form for the unknown: a person, animal, shadow, or another symbol.

04

A reassuring first image

In the Alien Teachings model, a being may use this person's own image-generation mechanism to reduce shock and allow contact to continue.

Clearer inner perception reduces the distortions added by fear, memory, and wishful thinking. Health here does not mean believing every inner image, but being able to distinguish what you saw, what you felt, and which explanation the ego later added.

Treat the first form as an interface, not as final anatomical evidence. Compare recurring encounters, behavior, emotional signatures, and later details. Mimicry can reduce fear, but it does not relieve a person of discernment or their own authority.

THE CYCLE OF A LIMITING BELIEF

Six ways the old algorithm protects itself

Limiting belief → protective trick → selective interpretation → old belief strengthens. Naming the trick interrupts the automatic cycle.

01

Justification

A new event is used to confirm the old belief: “See, they are ignoring me.”

02

Rationalisation

A personal cultural rule is turned into a universal one: “An advanced being should answer immediately.”

03

Compensation

The old story offers comfort: if the problem is in the other person, I do not have to learn a new way of communicating.

04

Paranoid threat interpretation

Ambiguity is filled with the most dangerous explanation before other data are collected.

05

Projection

One's own fear or shame is attributed to another's intention: “They must think I am stupid.”

06

Rejection

A calm signal is declared meaningless solely because it does not fit the old threat narrative.

THOUGHT PACKET

Connected information, not one sentence

A thought packet is an accumulating structure. New context adds branches; the earlier meaning, timing, and history of use remain.

TEACHINGS OF THE BEINGS

The theme must end in action

Each card connects a teaching with a being, a short definition, and one verifiable step.

01

Wake up

Interrupt the automatic state and see which belief is choosing for you.

Notice one automatic reaction today before acting on it.
02

Love yourself more

Self-love is a stable inner resource, not validation from others.

Make one choice that ends your self-abandonment.
03

Inner authority

A teacher may reflect, but does not take the decision or responsibility away from a person.

State which decision you are currently waiting in vain for someone else to make.
04

One step at a time

An embodied next step opens more than demanding the entire system at once.

Choose one unfinished thing and complete it before collecting another teaching.
05

Thought packets

A word is only an anchor in a dense network of context, memory, emotion, and associations.

Separate the symbol, feeling, context, and your own interpretation within a received thought.
06

Form matters

The body, taste, smell, feeling, and space can carry the same information.

Turn one useful insight into a bodily routine today.
