Prepayment and satisfaction guarantee
The meeting is paid in full in advance against an invoice. No voluntary satisfaction guarantee is offered: the fee for a properly and fully delivered meeting is not refunded solely because the views discussed did not meet the client’s expectations.
This does not limit a consumer’s statutory withdrawal right, remedies for a deficient service or other mandatory rights. If the provider cancels, the client may choose another time or a full refund for the cancelled meeting.
The consumer’s 14-day withdrawal right
A consumer generally has 14 days from entering into an email contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Send an unambiguous statement to info@tulnukas.com, identifying yourself and the meeting or invoice concerned.
Model withdrawal form (complete and return only if you wish to withdraw). To: Realigment OÜ, Telliskivi tn 60 a/5, 10412 Tallinn, Estonia; info@tulnukas.com. I/We (*) hereby give notice that I/we (*) withdraw from my/our (*) contract for the provision of the following service: […]. Ordered on / contract concluded on: […]. Name of consumer(s): […]. Address of consumer(s): […]. Signature of consumer(s) (only if this form is notified on paper): […]. Date: […]. (*) Delete as appropriate. Use of this form is optional.
Any statutory refund will be made without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the notice, using the original payment method. Another method may be used with the client’s express agreement, provided it incurs no additional cost to the client.
If you request a meeting within that period, before starting you will be asked to give separate express consent by email to early performance and acknowledge that the 14-day withdrawal right is lost once the service has been fully performed. Sending an enquiry or paying in advance alone does not end that right.
If you withdraw after performance has begun at your express request but before it is complete, a proportionate amount for the service actually delivered may be payable where the statutory conditions are met. The consumer’s 14-day right generally does not apply to a contract for business purposes.
Rescheduling, cancellation and non-attendance
With at least 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule once free of charge to a mutually agreed time. Contact us as soon as possible for a later change or a technical problem.
Late cancellation or non-attendance does not automatically forfeit the entire prepayment. Any justified claim depends on the contract and applicable law and takes account of actual loss and costs saved. Statutory consumer withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
Participation at ages 13–17
A parent or legal guardian makes the enquiry, enters into the contract and pays the invoice. Participation must be voluntary for the young person, and the parent may attend. The youth rate is for private meetings for people aged 13–26. Before the meeting, the parent or legal guardian gives written consent to the young person’s participation and the agreed topics.
For ages 13–17, suitability, arrangements and availability are confirmed separately before an invoice is issued. A meeting with a minor takes place only after the provider has met the applicable requirements for working with children. This service is not offered to children under 13.
Zoom is used from age 16. For ages 13–15, the parent may enquire about availability; an age-appropriate format must be agreed before an offer or payment. Zoom is not used for this age group.
Privacy
Realigment OÜ is the controller of enquiry and contract data. Your name, email, price category, general topic and preferred times are used to answer your enquiry and prepare and perform a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Accounting data is processed to meet legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). Information needed to defend potential legal claims is retained on the basis of a justified legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
Do not include personal identification numbers, diagnoses, medication, health data or a detailed sensitive account in your first message. If age confirmation is needed, only the necessary confirmation is requested; do not attach an identity-document copy to your enquiry.
Meetings are not recorded or transcribed. Client data is not published in advertising. Enquiries that do not result in a contract are deleted within six months after correspondence ends. Correspondence concerning performance and potential claims is generally kept for up to three years after the meeting; accounting source documents are retained for the legally required period.
Google’s Gmail service is used to receive and store email. Meetings for ages 16 and above use Zoom, which processes participant names, technical connection data, audio and optional video. For ages 13–15, an appropriate format and its data processing are agreed with the parent before any transfer. Access is limited to the service organiser and, as needed to operate the services, the email and video-call providers. Their global infrastructure may involve processing outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Google’s and Zoom’s published transfer frameworks provide, where applicable, for adequacy decisions including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and European Commission standard contractual clauses. Explanations of safeguards and ways to request copies are available in the providers’ privacy information linked below or by asking info@tulnukas.com.
To request access, correction, deletion or restriction, write to info@tulnukas.com. Where applicable, you also have the right to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights depend on the legal basis and retention obligations. You may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee). Without your name and contact details it may not be possible to answer your enquiry or arrange a meeting. No automated decision-making or profiling is used. Enquiry buttons open your email application; the message is sent only when you choose to send it.
Questions and complaints
Write to info@tulnukas.com or call +372 58002775. Written consumer complaints are answered within 15 days. If no agreement is reached, a consumer may contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (komisjon.ee) or a court.
This website enables non-binding enquiries. Contracts are concluded separately by email; the final offer and terms, including the model withdrawal form, are provided before the contract is concluded and payment is made. Any consent to early performance is requested separately before starting. These terms apply from 28 October 2026.
