One file, the entire journal
The browser-opened and downloaded versions use local storage. Make regular JSON backups; clearing browser data can remove local history.
MODULE STRUCTURE
What this tool must do
A good entry does not need to prove contact. It must make it possible to review honestly later what was actually known.
Profile
15 categories cover light, body, sleep, food, perception, authority, evidential value, and safety gates.
Day and event
Daily indicators, cold sessions, observations, interpretations, alternatives, and external-verification fields.
Tests and analysis
Cognitive tests, six indices, 7/30-day views, trackers, trends, and data quality.
Data verification
JSON and CSV backups, encrypted export, validated import, and complete local storage.
BACKGROUND & CONNECTIONS
Memory is not a closed file. A journal helps you recognize its next layer.
A contact journal brings together the event, physical state, and meaning that emerges later without confusing them with one another.
THE ACTUAL TEACHING
First record the timing, observed image, exact message, bodily response, and what you actually knew during the encounter. Memories, comparisons, and assumptions that appear later must be recorded separately.
The journal does not collect unusual events alone. Sleep quality, nutrition, stress, light exposure, energy levels, and emotion help show when perception was clearer and when a similar situation may have been shaped by overload.
THE STORY AND CONTACT CONTEXT
The broader meaning of the Sirian Grey's window encounter emerged about five years later. Lyra's background and the shape of her craft became clearer only through later meditations and an image supplied by a Yahyel captain. The sequence became visible when different moments were placed side by side.
In the account of the white triangular craft, the immediate event was the appearance of four familiar astral companions. The Yahyel association was added afterward. Recording precisely that distinction keeps the original encounter separate from the later label.
