IF→THEN · BEHAVIOR CHEAT SHEET · IF → THEN

IF THIS → THEN THAT

A short decision logic for situations where you do not need to reread the whole site. Find the situation, take the next clear step, and open the longer teaching only when you need it.

BASE RULE

Do not solve the situation by fighting over worldviews. Solve it through the next behavior.

When you do not know what to do, check four things: what actually happened, whether consent exists, what state your body and emotions are in, and what the smallest clear next step is.

01

Signal

What actually happened before you added an explanation?

02

Consent and boundary

Are you and the other party genuinely consenting to this experience?

03

State

Is the decision being led by clarity or by fear, fatigue, anger, and overload?

04

Next step

What is the smallest action that creates more clarity without requiring you to overwrite yourself or someone else?

TWO CORE EXAMPLES

The same logic applies when meeting an alien and when loving your neighbor.

IF you meet an alien whose belief-world is completely different from yours

THEN do not automatically hand over your authority or try to invalidate its reality. Listen, separate its belief from your experience, check consent, and keep your own inner direction intact.

IF your neighbor believes something you do not

THEN love your neighbor without adopting their belief. Respect the person, do not force them into your sphere, and do not abandon your own boundaries in order to appear loving.

01

Contact and a different reality

When another being, message, or worldview differs strongly from your own.

IF

An alien or other being tells you something as an absolute truth.

THEN

Treat it as information, not an order. Check your own inner signal before deciding.

Inner authority →
IF

Another being's will or energy feels stronger than your own.

THEN

Do not equate strength with the right to decide for you. If pressure rises, withdraw consent and restore the boundary.

Soul-sphere co-creation →
IF

Contact produces fear or overload.

THEN

Do not make a major decision in that state. Reduce the load, settle the body, and review the situation when discernment has returned.

Contact readiness →
IF

A being's appearance changes or the first image feels like mimicry.

THEN

Do not decide from appearance alone. Record the observed form, feeling, behavior, and later interpretation separately.

Mimicry teaching →
IF

You receive an image, feeling, and knowing all at once.

THEN

Treat it as a thought packet. Decode the layers before building a long story around it.

02

People, love, and boundaries

Love does not require identical beliefs or the loss of your boundaries.

IF

Someone wants you to believe exactly what they believe.

THEN

Listen without automatically agreeing. Another person's worldview can be true within their sphere without becoming yours.

The soul sphere →
IF

You feel the urge to forcibly 'wake up' or save someone.

THEN

Offer the information clearly once and leave the choice to them. Co-creation does not mean forcibly overwriting another person's reality.

Co-creation →
IF

Someone crosses your boundary and calls it love or spirituality.

THEN

Say no, step away, or end the situation. Self-love does not mean self-abandonment.

Self-love →
IF

Two people's wills come into direct conflict.

THEN

Look only for the area where consent overlaps. If there is no shared area, separate rather than dominate.

Boundaries and consent →
03

Inner reality and memory

When the problem is mainly inside your own thought, memory, or emotional pattern.

IF

The same problem or thought keeps repeating.

THEN

Do not argue only with the surface thought. Find the belief underneath it and identify what it is trying to protect.

Thought Ocean →
IF

An emotion makes the whole world look different at once.

THEN

Do not make a universal conclusion at the peak of the emotion. Acknowledge the feeling, choose a direction, and let the mirror stabilize.

Holographic Universe →
IF

Memory is vague, changes, or two memories conflict.

THEN

Do not force one version into final truth immediately. Preserve the variants and separate the memory image from what you infer now.

Memory and thought packets →
IF

You want to change your reality.

THEN

Use the lightest touch: a clear preference, coherent emotional will, and one real action. Do not try to force the entire universe at once.

Become the master of your own universe →
IF

You see too many possible timelines at once.

THEN

Choose one next step. You do not need to solve the whole future before taking the first step.

One step at a time →
04

Dreams, body, and documentation

When the body's state affects the quality of the experience or the information is still uncertain.

IF

A contact or message arrives in a dream or astral state.

THEN

Write the experience down before interpreting it. Mark what was directly experienced and what was added after waking.

Communication methods →
IF

You are sleep-deprived, highly stressed, or physically depleted.

THEN

Delay major conclusions about contact. Restore sleep, hydration, food, and a calmer state, then review the experience again.

Body and nutrition →
IF

A real physical symptom appears after an experience.

THEN

Treat the body and the interpretation of the experience separately. Document the timing; for serious or persistent symptoms, also use ordinary medical care.

Contact-readiness check →
IF

You are not sure what actually happened.

THEN

Record the event, bodily sensation, emotion, and conclusion separately. Uncertainty is better than a falsely locked-in memory.

05

Public action and the next step

When an inner experience becomes a real decision, communication, or public claim.

IF

You want to present an experience publicly as fact immediately.

THEN

Separate at least three labels: directly experienced, your interpretation, and future vision. Do not merge them into one claim.

Documented contact experiences →
IF

You do not know which teaching to apply right now.

THEN

Start from the six core principles or use the index. Do not build a new system before checking whether the existing one already answers the situation.

Teachings in 60 seconds →
IF

The situation is still too complex.

THEN

Use the whole site as a map: choose the topic, read its longer context, and take only one next practical step.

SHORT FORMULA

Signal → consent → state → smallest clear step.

This page does not replace the rest of the teachings. It turns them into behavioral rules you can use before emotion, authority, or a complicated metaphysical explanation makes the decision for you.
