Clear intention
You know why you want contact and what you will not permit.
B · CONTACT READINESS
According to this project's contact model, sufficient clarity is decisive: can a person receive unknown information without surrendering their authority, turning a fear narrative into fact, or losing everyday life?
WHAT DOES THE BEING EXPECT FROM YOU?
According to the project's model, even before a conversation a being may perceive your state, intention, fear, memory, and the limits of your agreements. Therefore, presenting the ‘right answer’ is not the same as actual readiness.
Readiness = intention, state, boundaries, and actions speak sufficiently the same language.

TEN SIGNS OF READINESS
They are neither an admission pass nor a guarantee of a meeting. They show whether a possible experience will remain translatable and integrable for the person.
You know why you want contact and what you will not permit.
You do not hand your decision, body, or responsibility over to a being.
You can distinguish the initial feeling, an old fear, and the other's possible intention.
Sleep, energy, fluid balance, and digestion do not create strong noise even before contact.
You can hold one question without adding ten new stories.
You can say no, stop the experience, and choose the scope of contact.
You do not have to immediately assign the unknown a name, origin, or agenda.
You preserve the event before retelling it.
You are ready to genuinely test one piece of guidance you received.
Contact does not destroy sleep, work, relationships, or the ability to function practically.

PROFILE-SPECIFIC ASSUMPTION
The general rules remain the same, but different contact profiles emphasize different capacities to receive.

Functional container body
Precise attention is required: distinguish the observed detail, bodily reaction, received thought, and your own later explanation. The question must be brief, and the receiver must tolerate that the answer may arrive as a function or change of state rather than a human conversation.

Teacher of inner authority, the Oversoul, and one's own UFO
Before a new question, at least one earlier teaching is expected to have been put into action. Inner authority, keeping agreements, bodily and emotional order, and the ability to hear a direct reflection without becoming defensive are essential.

5D consciousness being and observer of structure
A person is expected not to demand the whole system at once. Readiness means completing one broken or unfinished task, keeping imagination and perception clear, and separating a dense thought packet from one's later mental construction.

Red-haired human hybrid from Vega and teacher of the heart field
Before deeper communication, a person must be able to notice bodily sensations and the first emotion before creating an explanation. This requires an ability to support oneself, receive warmth, and retain boundaries and reality testing at the same time.

Human-hybrid bridge for public contact
Emotional maturity, capacity for cooperation, and honest intention are expected. A person must retain inner authority even before a familiar and pleasant appearance and be ready to turn contact into practical social work.
Open detailed profile →NUTRITION AND CAPACITY TO RECEIVE
The contact journal measures inputs. Here is what they mean: when the body spends a large share of its attention on fluctuation, digestion, a stimulant, or recovery, it is harder to distinguish a subtle signal from one's own physiological reaction.
The purpose of nutrition is not to prove spiritual purity, but to create a more honest starting point for perception.
The goal is not constant fullness, but the least possible noise from blood sugar, hunger, and stimulants. Notice whether a longer interval between meals makes you clearer or more anxious.
Dehydration, mineral deficiency, and excessive stimulants can mimic tension, trembling, or an unusual bodily signal. Put the basics in order before assigning meaning.
Food that causes pain, severe bloating, drowsiness, or an inflammatory feeling reduces attentional resources. Contact readiness does not require a universal diet, but honest observation of the body's response.
The project tracks added sugar, processed food, seed oils, alcohol, nicotine, psychoactive substances, protein sufficiency, fat quality, green plants, and water quality—not as moral points, but as possible noise.
After an intense dream, meditation, or contact experience, nourishment is grounding: water, suitable food, sleep, movement, and a calm environment help reconnect the information with the body.
PRACTICAL NEXT STEP
Use the journal for at least a week to see which state of body and mind recurs before clear or confused experiences.
