THE ACTUAL TEACHING
DHA is an omega-3 form that the brain, retina, and cell membranes can use directly as structural material. ALA and EPA can act as precursors, but the body must convert them into DHA. Within the handbook's model, this makes DHA a central building material for the physical interface of the third eye.
The aquatic food chain begins with microalgae and microorganisms, fish concentrate the fatty acids they produce, and humans obtain them from fish. Fish and algae therefore represent different stages of the same system rather than opposing food sources.
THE STORY AND CONTACT CONTEXT
In the handbook's interpretation, the fish scene of Jesus represents concentrated DHA entering the human nervous system. Gilgamesh's dive for thorny algae traces the same path closer to the beginning of the food chain, where the required living material appears before fish accumulate it.
Ra's temple-pond model combines sunlight, water, cyanobacteria or microalgae, and tilapia into a controlled cultivation system. The story of Enki, Adapa, and Eve adds the genetic layer: the planet's existing biological body is combined with a different genetic and consciousness-based input, while the physical nervous system still requires structural material from Earth's food chain.
