Bashar dream contact — vibration comparison
A consciously prepared sleep contact.
Before falling asleep, I placed an image of Bashar in my field of view to check whether the first window experience was connected with him. About two weeks later, I met Bashar in a dream. His form did not remain sharp, but appeared like a grey nebula or a shimmering shape. The encounter's main value was a direct comparison with the Sirian Small Grey.
No separate sentence from the contact has survived. The Essassani/Bashar symbol was used as a visual address for comparison.
The presence was extremely intense, metallic-tasting, and electrical—as if I were standing in the middle of a high-voltage substation. The sensation was especially strong in the lower abdomen and pelvic area and grew into panic.
Bashar and the Sirius Grey outside the window were not the same presence. Bashar's vibration was intense, metallic, and harder for the body to tolerate; the Sirius Grey's vibration, bodily sensation, and emotion resembled those of a human and felt calm and natural.
A desire for contact is not the same as nervous-system readiness. During panic, stop pursuing intensity; ground yourself, breathe, move, and restore a sense of safety.
