I met a Seraphim. The Tall White is a Seraphim. The central message of the contact was not to romanticize a higher being, the contact, or my own role, and always to retain my right to decide and my inner authority.

Seraphim's presence was clear, serious, balanced, and supportive of inner strength.

Seraphim taught discipline, responsibility over the long term, and the preservation of inner authority. The contact's meaning lies in growing independence and clarity.

Evaluate every message with four questions: what am I being asked to do, can I refuse, does it increase independence, and what visible action follows from it?
