Preparing for Off-World Travel

What preparation would matter if a journey took you beyond familiar environments and habits? This page brings the author’s teaching model into one clear route.

Prepare in six layers

In this model, preparing for a journey involves more than packing a bag. The environment, the way technology is approached, and the traveller’s sense of time and other beings may all change.

01 / 06

01 · A new environment

Before travelling, consider how an unfamiliar environment could affect body and perception. These are variables in the author’s model, not measured conditions aboard a particular craft.

Light and radiation

The model imagines a different light spectrum and radiation environment. Real spaceflight requires measurement and effective protection from gamma and other ionising radiation.

Gravity

The destination may have lower or higher gravity. Movement, balance and physical strain could feel different.

Vibration and resonance

The author uses these words for the perceived quality of an environment. They are not health measurements here.

Information when needed

In the model, relevant information arrives in awareness at the right moment. The traveller remains attentive, asks questions and checks their understanding.

02 · Suit and bodily support

In this scenario, a suit creates a stable protective field and helps the body adapt. The image illustrates a concept, not a blueprint for an existing device.

Protective field

In the author’s account, the suit stabilises a magnetic field and assists adaptation.

Water and minerals

The imagined system collects moisture and returns water and minerals. Actual spacecraft purify water through separate life-support systems.

Food and waste

Supplies are intended to reduce bodily strain in the model. “Waste-free living” is not dietary advice: eating and digestion need to be addressed according to the actual body and individual needs.

03 · How does travel work?

In the author’s model, the ship has a mental interface. This does not mean a thought is a magical substitute for controls: the traveller clarifies the destination, keeps attention steady and works with the guides.

Connecting with the ship

Technology responds to conscious contact in this model. Navigation starts with a clear intention.

Lightgate

The scenario describes passage between worlds through a ship and a lightgate. Guides determine readiness and route.

Bilocation

Travel to an underground base is described as awareness in two places at once. The model says the departure and arrival points are provided on site.

Remembering the future

This phrase means sensing the intended arrival before the journey. It is the author’s metaphor for directing awareness, not a verified physical method.

04 · Mind, memory and time

This teaching does not organise experience solely by the clock or past memories. Attention returns to the present: what needs to be known, done or asked now? “Information is downloaded” describes a sudden insight in the author’s experience. There is no reason to deliberately weaken memory, sleep or one’s sense of reality.

The suggestion of needing less sleep is speculative. In real crew operations, adequate sleep and recovery are part of safety; fatigue is not a sign of readiness.

05 · Emotional baggage

Before an unfamiliar encounter, it helps to notice the reactions guiding decisions. “Leaving baggage behind” means working with those feelings, not suppressing them.

  • Fear and avoidance
  • Anger and jealousy
  • Automatic reactions rooted in trauma
  • Self-criticism and self-sabotage
  • Judging others by appearance

A simple exercise: name one strong reaction, describe what triggers it and choose a calm next step. Seek support from someone you trust when needed.

06 · How to treat others

Readiness in this model is expressed in how you treat yourself and others, including someone who thinks differently.

Self-love

Care for your needs and keep your personal boundaries.

Emotional mastery

Notice an emotion before acting; choose a conscious response.

Empathy and unconditional goodwill

Listen, clarify and remain respectful amid uncertainty.

Stable sexual energy

Keep desire, boundaries and conduct in balance; always respect consent.

Gratitude

Notice help and express thanks clearly. “Sending love and light” is a metaphor for kind attention in this model.

REAL-WORLD CONTEXT

Safety in real spaceflight

The author’s model describes a possible journey. Physical spaceflight requires separate, verified solutions for radiation, life support and sleep. NASA’s overviews provide a real-world starting point for these subjects.
