First Human Lyra contact — pomegranate and rose petals
Dream / ship contact / balancing the energy body.
I noticed a UFO in the sky descending and landing. The next moment, I was inside the ship with Human Lyra. She was working with my energy body and health. As the dream began to end, she quickly asked whether I needed anything else. I asked about a stomach problem. Lyra brought pomegranate and rose blossoms and recommended making tea from them. When I said that I already used concentrated pomegranate juice, she replied that it was not the same.
“Quickly, you are about to wake up. Is there anything else?”
“I have stomach problems. Do you have anything for that?” — my question.
“Drink it as tea.”
“It is not the same.”
Lyra's presence was warm, loving, and opened the entire body. After the contact, a warm, ecstatic full-body sensation persisted for approximately two weeks. It differed from Bashar's metallic and overwhelming intensity.
Lyra's teaching concerned form: the same plant in different forms does not give the body the same experience. I later associated the red-haired human-hybrid Lyra with the Vega system, and her warm presence with self-love and heart coherence.
