Purpose of the proposal
Tulnukas.com brings together Eero Ilvik’s personal contact experiences, interpretations of teachings, visual material and practical tools. The entrepreneurs’ association initiative invites entrepreneurs with personal experience of this subject to organise their accounts and explore cooperation. This proposal seeks an appropriate discussion partner in government and an initial substantive meeting.

What could the first discussion cover?
Introduce the initiative and its existing material. Discuss how to document accounts so that direct observations, original messages, later interpretations and future visions remain distinguishable. Identify questions that would benefit from relevant expertise, then decide whether and how a follow-up discussion would be useful.

What can the initiative contribute?
The starting point is a public archive of 27 records, being profiles, topic overviews and tools for recording experiences. Interested entrepreneurs can contribute their skills, practical questions and voluntarily shared accounts. Shared conclusions would be developed after reviewing the material and different perspectives.

How should the material be read?
A personal experience presents the author’s recollection. A teaching model sets out the author’s understanding of its meaning. A cited external source is a separate source. A future vision describes a scenario experienced by the author. These layers should remain distinct in discussion; the material itself does not establish the described mechanisms or future events.
